MARASCHINO ORANGE-STRAWBERRY DESSERT

Makes 4 servings.
4 large oranges
1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
3 to 4 tablespoons Maraschino or orange-flavored liqueur
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
Peel the oranges, completely removing any pith. Slice cross-wise into 1/4-inch slices. Place orange slices and strawberries into a serving bowl. Stir in liqueur and sugar. Let sit 1 hour before serving for the flavors to develop.
